Postaral bych se i o bun\u011b\u010dnou regeneraci v podob\u011b vydatn\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku, eliminace stresov\u00fdch vliv\u016f a vhodn\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku t\u011blesn\u00e9ho i du\u0161evn\u00edho, aby to vedlo k harmonick\u00e9mu \u017eivotu bez negativn\u00edch emoc\u00ed.
